The aim of this course is to provide intermediate ESP knowledge and learnsings from an instructor that has been working with ESPs for 4 decade. The course agenda will be covered, but normally there are some field specific issues that attendees would like to discuss which are not only welcome but often provide greater understanding.

   o Miscellaneous item - centralizers, sand screen, back spin shunts, downhole flow processor

Day 3: ESP Components – Electrical

Module 4 - ESP Equipment - Non Electrical

   o Detailed Review of Pump Setting and TDH

   o Detailed Review of Intakes/Gas Separator

   o Detailed Review of Protectors

Day 4: ESP Design and Installation

Module 5 - API vs ISO ESP Standards

Instructor has over 40 years of field experience, and has dedicated his career to improving the run life of ESPs through optimizing the 8 major ESP influencers. He has worked with countless major operators and ESP service companies, developing a reputation for solving complex downhole challenges in some of the world’s harshest environments.
