Change management is a structured approach to implementing a change and is critical to the successful implementation of any new system or process. It provides processes and tools that are important in leading a typical change program. It addresses the people side of change to ease the transition from the current to the desired state. The ability to manage the non-technical aspects and risks of a delivery is key to project success.
