Instructor holds Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics from India and has over 40 years of experience in designing and operating the subsea production systems producing hydrocarbons, subsea field development, flow assurance and operability, production chemistry, subsea processing, multiphase boosting, long-distance tiebacks, project management and implementation, thermodynamics, heat transfer, transport phenomena and related fields in all shallow water, deep water and ultra-deep water environments with major oil and gas companies such as Halliburton, Technip Offshore (TechnipFMC), Intecsea (Worley), McDermott Subsea, Gulf Interstate, RERI and several consulting companies.
He has been offering subsea courses to graduate and undergraduate students both in person and online – Fundamentals of Subsea Engineering, Flow Assurance & Operability, Subsea Production Operations, Project Implementation, Subsea System Reliability, Engineering Thermodynamics, Production Chemistry, The Hydrogen Economy. He is member of SPE, SUT, SUT-US EC, UE&FA Forum, ASME, AIEE and EEFG, subject matter expert in Flow Assurance & operability and has published over 150 research papers in journals, conference proceedings and books.
