As PetroTeach continues to expand its international training portfolio, we are looking for experienced industry professionals and subject-matter experts who are interested in sharing their knowledge and practical experience with energy professionals worldwide.
The Role
As a PetroTeach Instructor, you will deliver practical, industry-focused training courses within your area of expertise. Courses may be delivered as public programs, customized in-house training, or online sessions for international clients.
Our instructors are experienced professionals who combine strong technical knowledge with practical industry experience and the ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and effectively.
Areas of Expertise
- Upstream: Geoscience, Petrophysics, Reservoir Engineering, Drilling & Well Engineering, Production Engineering, Surface Facilities, HSE, Decommissioning, AI & Machine Learning, and Petroleum Economics.
- Midstream: Oil & Gas Processing, LNG, Pipeline Engineering, Flow Assurance, Storage & Terminals, Metering, Asset Integrity, Operations, and Safety.
- Downstream: Refining & Petrochemicals, Process Engineering, Process Equipment & Piping, Mechanical Integrity, Process Safety, Reliability & RCFA, Energy Efficiency, and HSE.
- Energy & Business: CCUS, Renewable Energy, Energy Transition, Law & Contracts, Leadership, Management, and other relevant professional disciplines.
Instructor Profile
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience or recognized specialist expertise.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on industry experience within their field.
- Ability to deliver practical, industry-focused training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to explain complex subjects clearly.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or technical presentations is an advantage.
- Ability to develop or customize training materials based on client requirements.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
