- REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
For delivering the efficient training services and preparation, PetroTeach would prefer receiving registrations notice at least 21 days before the starting date of course. However, we accept paid registrations for a confirmed sessions at least on day before the course begins. Registrations can be made online at our website www.Petro-Teach.com via the Registration Form or by contacting customer service train@petro-teach.com. All booking registrations are confirmed after receipt of payment and realization. Booking & reservations will be confirmed by email. After receipt of payment, an email will be sent to inform of confirming the registrant’s place in the provided course.
- REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
PetroTeach does not provide accommodation for the course neither arrange for Participants. In the case running the course in a hotel, we only inform the name of the hotel to Participants. Participants should arrange with the suggested hotel directly for the availability and room rates at the most convenient time before the course starts. PetroTeach may arrange with the hotel where the course is held to receive a discounted rate if possible and Participants will receive a notice after the registration is completed and confirmed. Upon for any reason, the course venue is changed, the Participants or their representative will notified via email. PetroTeach reserves the right without any charge to use the media information (video, images, etc,) to publish in its website or other commercial materials.
- Holding the participant contact information
PetroTeach is committed to all local and global data frameworks to protect the data privacy of its customers. Information about Participants, Registrants, and webinars Attendees are received for to provide products and services that are delivered and without them, PatroTeach may not be able to proceed with the requested products and services. The collected information by the Petro Teach through the registration forms and participate in the course or webinars may be used to perform a variety of purposes, including to: (1) communication with Participants/ Registrants during the whole training process starts from registration to awarding the certificate, (2) to request to evaluate the training quality of the provide course and the instructors, and (3) to update Participants on news and upcoming training courses, workshops, and new relevant technologies , and (4) to improve our services and optimise marketing.
COPY Right and Material Property
Participants are not allowed to use any recording device to film, making any voice tape during the course session. PetroTeach will preserve the right kindly to stop and preventing attending any participant due to realizing such unnourished act and acquiring and destroying such documents. Participants shall not refunded as a result of such event. PetroTeach and their instructors are exclusively owner of the copyright of all course materials provided during the training and shall remain afterward. Participants are not allowed and permitted to share or distribute the materials by any mean and PetroTeach shall strictly sue and take legal action on violation on this terms through legal entities.
- PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES
PetroTeach tuition fees should be paid in in EURO (€) upon receiving the provided invoice. Any registration is not valid and confirmable until payment is received. All Tuition fees cover only tuition, cost of course materials and resources, daily refreshments, and a 100.00 € non-refundable registration fee. Participants should cover all the travelling and living costs themselves or through their company representative. PetroTeach should receive the tuition prior to the 15 working days of the start day of the course. If payment has not been made prior to this date, the registrant or their representative should immediately contact the Registration Service Department to arrange the payment.
It should be emphasized that PetroTeach prices are subject to change anytime depending on the local terms and conditions implied to the Tax and Value Added Tax will be added to the announced tuition fees
- CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Transferring a Course and Substitution
PetroTeach allows Participants to transfer only the registered course and not the payment received to be used for other training. The notice of the transfer of the course should be received not later than 30 days before the course begins. The Participants are also allowed to take the same course on any other location and time, if it is offered by PetroTeach, tuition fee is paid, with the same minimum 30 days’ notice period. The tuition fee is not refundable if the Participant does not attend the transferred course. Participants are welcome substitute another person without any extra costs. However, if the substituting person is not attend at the course, the non-refundable policy is applied.
Cancelation Terms
If the Participants cancel the registration with not less than 30 days before the course starts, only 100.00 € registration fee is charged and the rest they will be refunded. For any cancellation between 30 days and 15 days prior to the course begins, 50 percent in addition to the registration fee is not refundable. Any cancellations received less than 15 working days prior to the course starting date, the full tuition fee is not refundable. Participant should notify the PetroTeach customer service via email register@petro-teach.com to cancel the registration or transfer the registered course as soon as possible if their plan is changed.
PetroTeach may decide to cancel the course at any location or at any time upon the condition that is not feasible to run the session. Participants will receive formal notice two weeks before the course starts. Participants will decide to get the full refund back or transfer their course. However, PetroTeach keep this right to hold the course by substitute another instructor id necessary to hold the course and avoid cancellation. PetroTeach will not compensate Participants any charge or loss of flights and accommodations or other relevant costs due to the cancellation. Participants should arrange their accommodation and transfer booking to avoid any charge arise from cancellation the course from PetroTeach.
- CERTIFICATES
At the last day of the training and course session, a Completion Certificate is awarded Participants who at least have attended and completed minimum two-third of the whole part of the session. .
